The purpose of the tender
The purpose of the public tender is to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) through the co-financing of eligible costs for establishing or upgrading electronic business. By adopting an electronic way of business they can enter global value chains and new markets easier, increase the international competitiveness of their business, improve and speed up interaction with business partners abroad, send and collect information more efficiently, and improve relationships in the entire supply chain.

The objective of the public tender from the perspective of the operational program for the Implementation of the European Cohesion Policy is to improve the opportunities for SMEs to enter or expand business in foreign markets by establishing or upgrading electronic business and thus increase their international competitiveness.
